Located on the Lobby Level of the Shangri-La Hotel in Kuala Lumpur, the Lemon Garden is a beautiful spacious dining space. Its theatre kitchens feature an array of local and international dishes. It has tantalizing buffet spreads for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food and beverages stations are well decorated. The place looks like a modern art exhibition.

The Buffet Breakfast at Lemon Garden is from 6 am to 10.30 am. The food looks inviting and of good quality. There are the usual eggs, cold cuts and pastries stations. Sushi and dim sum selections are also available. There are stations for Chinese, Italian, Indian, Thai, Malay, Japanese and Western specialities.

The wide range of Malaysian delicacies are really interesting.

There is a noodles station with a chef who will prepare various types of local noodle dishes on request.

You can make your own nasi lemak or take a pre-packed one.

Roti Canai, murtabak, and mee goreng are some of the local street food which can be savoured at the Lemon Garden breakfast buffet. There is a special station for Malaysian Omelette.

There are plenty of less exotic items like sausages, pizzas, tarts and French toasts.

Lemon Garden caters for those with a sweet tooth – there are very enticing colourful cakes and tarts and even a chocolate fondue station. Enticing fruits and juices will tempt you to have even more sugar intake.

Lemon Garden can boast of a Michelin-starred executive Chef in Olivier Pistre. The quality of the food is very good and service is top of the class Shangri-la standard.

If you are on a diet, don’t step into Lemon Garden in Shangri-La Kuala Lumpur. If you have a leisurely day ahead and want to have a Malaysian feast for breakfast, the Lemon Garden Breakfast Buffet is highly recommended.
