A new concept by the folks behind 1855 The Bottle Shop, Fat Chap at Suntec City is a spacious casual diner. The interesting menu focuses on traditional Asian dishes (such as nasi goreng) as well as some Western dishes given an Asian flavour (such as beef ribeye with Thai chilli sauce nam jim jaew).  Brunch items include Asian Grain Granola and Pancake with Condesned Milk.
