The third edition of Chang Sensory Trails – a Thai Food Festival featuring signature dishes from eight Singapore-based Thai restaurants – will run from 31 August to 1 September 2018 at The Lawn at Marina Bay. The participating Thai eateries are Aroy Dee, Baan Ying, Bangkok Jam, Gin Khao, Little Elephant, Long Chim, Tamarind Hill and Un-Yang-Kor-Dai.
Chang Sensory Trails is a festive event organised by Thailand’s leading beer brand, Chang, where you can savour Thai cuisine, groove to an eclectic mix of live tunes and take in the illustrations of Singaporean illustrator GalactikCaptain.
O.K READY!, a four-piece band that is entertaining, versatile and massive sounding, will put you in the mood on 31 August. 53A, a talented and versatile Singapore band known for doing covers and the NDP 2016 theme song, will be performing on 1 September.

Chang Sensory Trails is a food festival where you can indulge your taste buds as a diverse selection of Singapore’s Thai restaurants come together to serve up their signature dishes and other thoughtfully curated dishes.

Thai Style Prime Ribs with Aroydee Signature Sauce ($8) – Selected prime ribs infused with fragrant Thai herbs, deep-fried till meltingly tender.
Thai Style Soft-Shell Crab with Chilli Garlic ($12)

Dry Tom Yum Goong Noodles With Lava Egg ($15) – Inspired from the streets of Bangkok, noodles tossed in Baan Ying special Tom Yum Sauce accompanied with Giant River Prawns served with an onsen egg.
