Chinese New Year falls on Tuesday 5 February 2019 and Wednesday 6 February will also be a public holiday. While many Chinese restaurants in Singapore will give their staff a well deserved break during the season of celebration, there is still a fairly exciting range of restaurants that will be open during the Chinese New Year holidays.
