From Braised Roasted Duck with Sea Cucumber and Truffles in Conpoy Sauce to Pan-fried Rice Flour Rolls with Chef’s Signature Homemade XO Chilli Sauce, Hai Tien Lo promises to make it a meal to be remembered by all.
