Paya Lebar Quarter or PLQ is designed to be a place to live, work, shop, dine and play. The massive development by Landlease in the Paya Lebar regional business hub comprises a retail mall (PLQ Mall), three office towers (PLQ1,2 & 3) and three residential towers (Park Place Residences). The Paya Lebar Quarter restaurants and cafes offer interesting dining options and cater to different budgets. There is a good mix of familiar food and beverages (F&B) names and new to market eateries.
PLQ Mall is slated for its official opening in late October 2019 but the preview phase starts on 30 August 2019. Among the anchor tenants of PLQ Mall are Shaw Theatres, including an Imax Theatre, and FairPrice Finest. UOB Wealth Centre, Uniqlo, Foot Locker, Cotton On, Innisfree, Challenger and Popular Bookstore are also in the retail complex.
