New Menus, Restaurants and F&B Promotions to check out in February 2020

February means Valentine’s Day and romantic dinners, though in Singapore, we do not need special days to eat well or take people dear to us to a nice restaurant. Throughout the year there is a stream of new cafes and restaurants, new menus and F&B promotions. Check out what is exciting or new in the F&B scene in February 2020.

As restaurants and cafes often adjust their opening hours and the duration and details of restaurant deals or dining promotions may be subject to change, we suggest you contact the relevant property ahead of your intended visit. Happy Dining!

Match Made in Beer Haven: The Boilermaker
1 – 29 February 2020

What’s better than good beer? One that’s served alongside a shot of spirit. All the Boilermakers – as it is called – are up for more affordable sampling at a promotional price of $16 (U.P. $22-$25) all month long at The Guild

Leading the charge is Brewers Penicillin, a lip smacking take on the now-classic cocktail by New York bartender Sam Ross, which marries the tangy Cha Chaan Teng Gose with Port Charlotte, a smoky scotch accentuated by the salty sea breeze on the Isle of Islay. For another stellar match, there’s the Rye on Rye. The pepper and caramel notes in Young Master’s oak-infused rye ale, Rye on Wood, complements the smooth and lingering flavours of vanilla, honey and spice of Bulleit Rye whiskey.
