Home-Based Food Business – limited edition treats

The Home-Based Small Scale Business Scheme by HDB and URA allows preparation of small quantities of food in residential premises for sale. The scheme has led to many interesting offerings from home-based bakers and cooks. Here is a list a few home-based food businesses in Singapore to check out.

What home-based food businesses in Singapore offer is really limited edition treats. The baker or chef makes what she is really good at or what he is really passionate about – in small batches. Usually before they started their home run business, their food, prepared with good quality and healthy ingredients and love, had been served to family and friends. So what we get from a passionate home chef is what she will serve to her closest friends and family members with pride.
