Frieda is the German restaurant at Capitol Kempinski Singapore with a good range of German liquors and German beer on tap. Read more.

Brotzeit

German restaurant Brotzeit celebrates Oktoberfest Singapore 2020 with a Oktoberfest menu personally curated by their new Group Executive Chef Lorenz Raich.Highlights include a refreshingly satisfying Cold Roast Pork, made with slices of slow-roasted pork collar given a lift with house-pickled daikon, rocket leaves and dots of mustard aioli; addictive Crispy Fried Pig Ears; and a Giant Pretzel stuffed with tangy red cabbage and their own Farmer’s Sausage.
Available for Dine-in and Delivery or Takeaway from 15 September – 25 October 2020 at all outlets.

Brotzeit has also continued to make the effort to import an Oktoberfestbier from one of only six brewers allowed to serve in Munich so that here in Singapore, their guests also have a chance to taste this limited edition brew from Germany. This year, Brotzeit will be serving Oktoberfestbier from Hofbräu, a Munich brewery with over 400 years of tradition and history.

Swiss Club

There will be no dancing on tabletops at Swiss Club’s Oktoberfest Singapore 2020 celebrations but their tables will be filled with sumptuous German fare such as pretzels, crispy roasted pork knuckle with sauerkraut, an assortment of sausages on skewers and apple strudel for dessert. Erdinger Weissbier or Stiftungbräu Lager that come in 0.5 litres, 1 litre or a massive 3.5 litre tower will make the feasts extra special.
The Oktoberfest menu of Jungle Cove and Pavilion is available from 19 September to 4 October 2020. The restaurant also does takeaways.
