Lavender MRT Station (EW11) is a Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) station on the East West Line. It is the stop for those going to the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority of Singapore (ICA Building) and the Jalan Besar Stadium and Swimming Complex. The Bendemeer MRT Station (DT23) on the Downtown Line also serves the Jalan Besar sports complex as well as the commercial developments around Lavender Street and the industrial estates along Kallang Avenue.

For The People

The Tiramisu Hero is a cafe with its own iconic mascot – Sir Antonio, a masked cat with a cape. The hero was conceived when former model and pageant queen Peggy Chang and her partner made a batch of tiramisu for a house-warming party…and the rest is history.

Chye Seng Huat Hardware (or CSHH) is coffee roaster Papa Palheta’s flagship store. It is one of the oldest and most popular cafes in Lavender. While many cafes try hard to be cool, CSHH is cool without even trying. It has rotating brunch, lunch and coffee menus to give regulars a refreshing treat. It is a cafe you will want to visit again.
