Sol & Luna opens on 10 February 2022 as one of five concepts at 1-Arden, the latest and most ambitious hospitality venture from 1-Group.

Perched 100 metres up on Singapore’s latest 51-storey skyscraper CapitaSpring, the new high-rise icon of the financial district, Sol & Luna is a Latin-European bistro nestled in the building’s Green Oasis, a unique sanctuary- in-the-sky of lush greenery.

Sol & Luna shines the light on four classical cuisines from the Latin-European region – Italy, France, Portugal and Spain, in a seamless menu of timeless recipes, reinvented with a twist and finesse, from sunrise to sundown. Diners can fuel up with breakfast in the morning or indulge themselves at different times of the day with afternoon tea, tapas, sumptuous lunch and dinner, and drinks.

These can all be savoured in different settings – within the bistro; at the alfresco terrace; or at any of the work and social spaces within the nearly 43,000 square feet Green Oasis.

New Chinese restaurant 5 ON 25 opens at Andaz

5 ON 25 is a new Chinese restaurant at Andaz Singapore. It offers an upscale dining experience with a nostalgic, yet modern and sophisticated interior that was skillfully designed by Hong Kong-based interior architect André Fu.


The new restaurant is Andaz Singapore’s first-ever take on Cantonese cuisine. Head Chef Lim Hong Lih, who was most recently the assistant Head Chef of Summer Pavilion, presents classic Cantonese dishes with an unexpected twist. His dishes are complemented by the exquisite tea offerings curated by the restaurant’s very own Tea Sommelier, Li Guanyi, a tea master hailing from Jilin, China.

Named after the five taste senses and its setting on the hotel’s light, airy 25th floor, the 321-square-metre upscale dining restaurant seats a full house of 70 diners in the main dining room, whilst two private dining suites seat 12 and 8.

The patisserie by Founder and Baker Cherry Chiu presents a collection of beautiful French style tarts and individual cakes. These delectable creations are hand-crafted with a curated selection of the finest French ingredients, while following healthier and lighter recipes for ‘guilt-free indulgence’. 

Savour Mon Cerise Patisserie’s irresistible Les Petite Tart ($4.50 each, $27 for a box of 6 of all 6 flavours, $35.50 for a box of 8 of all 6 flavours & 2 flavours of choice) in classic favourites such as Chestnut Mandarin and Golden Rocher, as well as the Taste of Mon Cerise individual sized cakes and tart ($10 each except the Chocolate & Hazelnut Tart available at $11.50) with flavours like the Coco Loco, a compelling combination of coconut, lemon, and mint.
