News: Goldhill Hakka Restaurant Reopens at Coffeeshop in Changi

Goldhill Hakka Restaurant 1997 returns to the Hakka food scene in Singapore. After a “Temporary Suspension” of their operations for 26 years, this establishment known for its authentic Hakka dishes and signature house-made Yong Tau Foo is back.

The eatery has found its new home in a coffeeshop in New Upper Changi Road. The next generation of the family behind Goldhill Hakka Restaurant has now taken charge.

Their new outlet brings both heritage and innovation to the fore, with an enhanced version of their signature fish paste – a key ingredient in their Yong Tau Foo. Expect classic favourites like bitter gourd, bean curd skin and tofu, now filled with a chewier, bouncier “QQ” fish paste.

In addition to Yong Tau Foo, the eatery also offers traditional Hakka dishes such as Signature Abacus Seed and their own spin on Mee Tai Mak.
