News: Fresh Dining Concepts at Pan Pacific Orchard – Mosella and Florette

Pan Pacific Orchard has launched two distinct dining concepts, Mosella and Florette, that give guests the opportunity to explore vast culinary possibilities.

Under the creative direction of Executive Chef Pedro Samper, guests can expect both concepts to offer the best ingredients nature has to offer, coaxed through innovative techniques, and underscored by a passion for culinary excellence.

Located within the Forest Terrace of Pan Pacific Orchard on Level 2, the new restaurant is designed as a 10-metre-tall longhouse perched over the waterfall and surrounded by myriad foliage.

Helmed by Executive Chef—and San Sebastian native—Pedro Samper, Mosella offers a tapestry of flavours from across the Mediterranean with Peruvian influences, a unique bridge of cuisines.

While an extensive a la carte menu is available, guests can also choose from a three-course set lunch (S$78++) or dinner (S$98++), which are frequently rotated to keep things fresh for regulars.

Mosella is opened daily and serves an international buffet breakfast followed by Mediterranean-Peruvian cuisine for lunch and dinner. From fresh ceviches to premium cuts expertly seasoned and finished over charcoal fire, a world of flavours awaits at Mosella.

Head up to the Garden Terrace to explore Singapore’s newest destination bar Florette, featuring craft cocktails and curated Champagne—from growers to rare vintages and the classics—served alongside the season’s freshest oysters.

To accompany its exceptional tipple selection, Florette offers a delectable gourmet menu of small plates. Executive Chef Pedro Samper and his culinary team have created perfect food pairings for champagne and cocktails with a seasonal selection of oysters, top shelf caviar, and more, that are available a la carte. The bountiful Florette Seafood Platter ($178++) is a lavish feast of Maine lobster, oysters, king crab, mussels, prawns, and Hokkaido scallops; or for those who prefer to explore a tantalising range of air-flown oysters, try the raw L’Antilope -1858- N3 oysters ($54++, 6 pieces) from France, fleshy, salty and full of flavour or the plump and firm Fine Irish Oyster N3 ($42++, 6 pieces) with its subtle sweetness.

To celebrate Florette’s launch, guests can enjoy a variety of dining promotions, available from 4 pm – 8 pm daily. Pamper oneself with a glass or champagne at $20++ only or go big and order a bottle at $120++ (U.P $168++). To accompany the drinks, a choice of 5 Oysters from each selected category is also available at $38++.
