Revel in the spirit of Christmas with the Christmas Day Menu ($368++) showcasing the finest ingredients, including Sea Urchin from Hokkaido and Monkfish from Brittany, or the Christmas Eve Menu ($408++) featuring opulent delights such as Lobster from Brittany and Wagyu Beef from Kagoshima.

Ring in the New Year with an extraordinary New Year’s Eve Dinner on 31 December featuring the New Year’s Eve Menu ($588++). a luxurious culinary journey with highlights like Anne-Sophie Pic’s signature Les Berlingots, Wagyu Beef A4, and a special creation — Wild Sea Bass This special dish, created by Anne-Sophie Pic’s father Jacques Pic, has been given a unique Anne-Sophie Pic twist using sake, rose, and citrus alongside caviar, offering a combination of flavours that will elevate your New Year’s Eve dining experience.

Embrace the enchantment of winter as La Dame de Pic, Raffles Singapore unveils a captivating winter-inspired menu, introducing a curated selection of signature creations that showcase the provenance, comfort, and finesse of French techniques.

Created by Chef Anne-Sophie Pic and crafted by Chef de Cuisine Alexandre Alves Pereira, the winter menu is presented as a five-course Experience (S$248++) and a seven-course Elegance menu ($348++). It invites guests to embark on a journey to savour the rich and comforting flavours reminiscent of winter’s embrace, available for both lunch and dinner.

In celebration of the timeless charm of winter, the menu highlights the most exquisite ingredients with a focus on hearty, soul-warming dishes. Begin with the elegant symphony of soy textures in Beeswax and Caviar, accompanied by a waffle aromatised with sweet clover. Delight in the Kinmedai, cured in marigold and kabosu, adorned with pickled beetroot, housemade cured Ikura, and a yogurt sauce infused with marigold and fermented beetroot juice. This dish, painted with winter hues of deep reds and whites, boasts sharp acidity, allowing each ingredient to shine.

From the Elegance menu, delve into the homey Matsutake Pie, a harmonious blend of French technique and Asian influence. Enjoy the intricate layers of pâte à choux, generously filled with matsutake, and served with walnut, miso paste, lotus root, and vin jaune and curry sabayon.
