Butcher’s Block champions farm-to-table dining with a twist. They partnered with a nearby indoor vertical farm, farmd, to grow ingredients with minimal water usage just for their dishes. Their menus highlight seasonal vegetables and herbs, ensuring peak freshness and flavour.

Go Green SG is the annual national sustainability movement to encourage the community to take collective action towards a more environmentally conscious future. There are tours, workshops and other activities lined up from 12 June to 14 July 2024

Go Green Retail, F&B and Deals include Farm to Plate with Shangri La Singapore’s Refreshed Rooted in Nature Dishes; City Sprouts’ Wine and Chill(i) Night; and Green Fest @ Nee Soon Link.

Go Green Tours are interesting too for food lovers. Highlights would be City Sprouts Signature Farm Tour; Edibles Discovery Tour at the HortPark; Zero to Hero Sustainability Food Tour; and Learning Journey at Singapore Food Agency’s National Centre for Food Science.
