Rocky Master is a homegrown brand with several casual dining outlets in Singapore serving gourmet coffee and affordable Western and Asian food. It caters to the office workers with their outlets located mainly in business parks and office complexes like Biopolis, Alexandra Technopark and Mapletree Anson. Rocky Master Tai Seng is one of the newer outlets of the chain.
FOMO Singapore is not another name for Mr Kiasu, although the venerable Oxford English Dictionary in fact defined “Kiasu” with reference to FOMO (the Fear Of Missing Out), describing the adjective form of “Kiasu” as “having a grasping or selfish attitude arising from a fear of missing out on something“. FOMO Singapore in Kampong Glam is another hipster food court for the kiasu foodie who wants good food with Insta-worthy plating, air-conditioned restaurant-like setting good enough for OOTD pics and prices not much higher that hawker centre’s.
Elemen Harbourfront Centre is the third Singapore outlet of popular vegetarian restaurant Elemen. According to their website, Elemen is a restaurant that respects life and promises to bring to their customers (among other things), “…an abundance of natural recipes that will nourish as well as heal your body and mind”.
