Summer Pavilion 夏苑 (one Michelin Star) at The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore and Yong Fu Hong Kong 甬府香港 (one Michelin Star) announce a special collaborative menu that will be available for both lunch and dinner at Summer Pavilion on 29 and 30 March 2023.
Through this novel culinary partnership, Chefs Cheung Siu Kong 张肇刚 and Liu Zhen 刘震 will showcase the melding of contemporary Cantonese and Ningbo flavours through a multi-course gastronomic set menu.
Highlights of the special menus include Baked Tiger Prawn, Sun-dried Spring Bamboo Shoot Tips; Steamed Vermicelli, Canadian Lobster, Egg White, Lobster Stock; and Ningbo Sesame Glutinous Rice Dumplings.

For 2 days only, a set menu featuring signature menu items from Crafted will be available for brunch, offering a unique opportunity to enjoy a sizzling feast overlooking the downtown city skyline. Guests can request for alfresco tables upon booking, which will come with access to the infinity pool.

Path presents new menus & new dinner format
Path will be introducing new menus as well as an entirely new dinner format.
This year, Chef Marvas presents dinner as prix fixe menus: one, a six-course titled Voyage ($188++), the other, an eight-course named Expedition ($228++). As their names suggest, the evolution of Path’s dinner service is a story of exploration. Every dish tells a story that the chef hopes will remind diners of their own. Consider the Pork Trotter “Crepinette” where Chef Marvas explores the nuances of a beloved childhood flavour – Hakka Braised Pork Belly with Preserved Vegetables – through a classic French technique; as well as the Shanghainese Hairy Crab Roe, a tribute to two of the chef’s favourite food memories – the creamy, savoury hairy crab roe beloved by the Chinese and savoury beancurd.
Chef Marvas has also refreshed the lunch offerings – one prix fixe menu titled “Gourmet Lunch” ($128++) and a curated a-la-carte lunch menu is now available. While a few dishes parallel those of the dinner menu, most items are unique to the lunch hour.
