New casual dining – RIANG at Jalan Riang
RIANG, a casual eatery along the namesake Jalan Riang in the heart of Serangoon, is helmed by the folks behind The Brewing Ground at Joo Chiat Place. The new restaurant offers breakfast with coffee to dinner with booze.
