In support of Earth Hour, Dolce Vita presents a curated five-course set menu with a line-up of sustainable dishes. Featuring ingredients that are responsibly sourced, begin with a succulent Australian Bangalow pork belly. Next, savour the Uovo, a slow-poached organic egg topped with spinach coulis, layers of parmesan fondue and a hint of black truffle. Shining the light on organic buckwheat spaghetti, a delightful handcrafted pasta awaits served with luscious lobster and cherry tomatoes ragù. Opt for your choice of mains of red or white meat, be it the Merluzzo, a seared Atlantic cod fillet topped with organic olive oil and lemon emulsion; or the perfectly roasted pasture-fed beef tenderloin paired with smoked eggplant. Culminate the dining experience with a pistachio parfait with soy milk gelato and the crunch of pistachio pralines. To match the menu, a selection of sustainable wines recommended by our award-winning sommelier is also available.

Spring is in the air at Keyaki with its delicately-crafted Spring Kaiseki menus showcasing exquisite cuisine featuring premium seasonal produce from Japan. The Spring Kaiseki set menus are available for lunch and dinner from 26 March to 8 April 2018, priced from SGD180.
Chef Nakatake has specially sourced for premium Spring ingredients to showcase at Keyaki during this promotion. These include Takenoko (Bamboo Shoot), crisp young shoots that flourish best in the cooler months, and some of the finest seafood including the delicate tasting Sayori (Halfbeak) that peaks in quality in early Spring, the prized Sakura-dai (Cherry Blossom Sea Bream) with its rich and sweet flavour and the fresh and refreshing Shirauo (Icefish). Also available are the Asari (Littleneck Clam) and Hamaguri (Hard Clam), both essential Japanese ingredients for springtime cooking.
