F1 Weekend Specials @ Royal Plaza on Scotts

Royal Plaza on Scotts is having a drinks station at the hotel’s reception from Friday to Sunday, 2pm to 6pm, (20 to 22 September 2019) for hotel guests during the F1 weekend. The timing aims to capture the crowd as guests are checking in and heading out for the race during the 4 hours. The chefs of Carousel will be preparing chilled chrysanthemum goji berries tea. Chrysanthemum is chosen for its cooling and anti-inflammatory effects that help in easing respiratory problems. Goji berry is known for its anti-oxidant properties, which gives a boost to immune system. Face masks are also available if hotel guests require one for the outdoors.
Royal Plaza on Scotts is also celebrating the race season with Singapore’s largest race car sculpture made of Ayam Brand tin cans. The race car is built with over 8000 Ayam Brand™ tin cans, and will be on showcase at the hotel façade from now to 22 September 2019.

Go on a Sichuan Adventure at Edge

Savour bold and piquant flavours originating from the Sichuan province in south-western China at Edge, Pan Pacific Singapore. Well-loved Sichuan specialties with a heavy emphasis on garlic and chilli peppers, as well as the unique flavour of the Sichuan pepper features dominantly on the buffet menu. The Festival of Lights at The Song of India

In celebration of the festival, The Song of India’s Chef Mural has specially put together a 4-course menu inspired by iconic Indian recipes and local flavours. For starters, guests can experience the eloquent combination of traditional Indian favourites infused with local spices from the Chargrilled Laksa Chicken Kebab and Sambal Barramundi Tikka.
The main star of the menu is the Deepavali Song’s Art Palette, a beautiful platter of tasting portions that include Nargisi Quails Kofta; Mangalorian Prawn Gassi; fluffy Basmati rice and Murg Malai Khumb. An assortment of sweet treats completes the meal. Guests will be served a Paan & Pistachio Kulfi, Saffron Gulab Jamun Cheesecake, as well as The Song of India 2019 mithai collection.
The $79++ 4-course tasting menu is available during lunch and dinner from 26 Oct to 2 Nov. A vegetarian option is also available.
A Deepavali Sunday brunch buffet has also been planned, with an elaborate set-up of more than 20 dishes including signature items from Hyderabad, Southern Kerala, Punjab and Rajasthan.
The Deepavali brunch buffet is priced at $46.90++ per person and is available on 27 and 28 October.
