New St. Tropez Summer Afternoon Tea at Andaz Singapore
Go on an epicurean adventure as all-day dining venue Alley on 25 at Andaz Singapore transports guests to the beautiful destination of Saint Tropez, France, for a spot of tea. Enjoy a St. Tropez Summer Afternoon Tea experience that comes with all the sights, sounds and charms of the French Riviera within the city.
Begin with an enticing selection of savouries such as Pissaladière, which boasts caramelised onions on a wafer-thin crust with slivers of briny anchovies and black olives to temper the sweetness; and enjoy an 18-month aged Kintoa ham from the Mediterranean. Encapsulating eternal sunshine and sea within a bowl, Bouillabaisse is a hearty French classic that’s sure to hit the spot.
For desserts, Tropézienne is a refreshing delight originating from a St. Tropez bakery in the 1950s. Expect two layers of brioche, studded with sugar gems, that provide a nice contrast to the smooth, mellow mix of buttercream, pastry cream and heavy cream, perfected with a dose of orange blossom. Round out the treats with a TWG Riviera Tea Blend with hints of lavender and rose that comes with the afternoon tea, or take things up a notch with some rosé from Château de L‘Escarelle, ‘Les Deux Anges’ of Provence, France, with a top up of SGD 19 per glass.
The St. Tropez Summer Afternoon Tea at Alley on 25 is available daily from 3:00PM to 5:00PM, and is priced at SGD 48* per person.
