Dolce Vita presents a new Sunday Brunch concept for a leisurely weekend experience. Enjoy one of the three options available, highlighting the authentic tastes of Italy and conclude with petite fours elevated with an edible scent.
Start with an Affettati Buffet offering a selection of the finest cold cuts and cheeses. In Primo and Secondo, there are three standouts each to choose from. A creamy artichoke Risotto or Manzo, a Tajima wagyu beef oyster blade, slow-roasted until tender, accompanied by red cabbage and wine jus are also headliners in the menu. Round off the indulgence with desserts such as a warm berries compote and a refreshing Sorbetto. An international program, IPPUDO Child Kitchen invites children aged 3 and above to enjoy an enriching hands-on experience of ramen and gyoza making. Participants will be able to hone their motor skills as they roll, knead and shape mounds of dough to make their own Japanese meal. The two-hour workshop will allow them to explore and develop their sense of touch, taste and smell, upon entering an intriguing world of food and ingredients. Parents can also take this chance to spend uninterrupted quality time with their children and make fond memories during this parent-child bonding activity.

Delhi Food Festival at Mandarin Oriental Singapore

From 7 to 16 June, Indian Specialty Chef Santosh Kumar who started his career in New Delhi, pays tribute to the capital of India at Melt Café. Indulge in a range of appetisers, mains and specials including a delicious Mutton Ki Sharmi comprising finely minced lamb seasoned with Indian spices and decadent foie gras or succulent king prawns cooked under the searing heat of a traditional tandoor oven.
On Fridays and Saturdays, taking centre stage is a Whole Lamb Biryani roasted to perfection for close to five hours, and accompanied by fragrant saffron rice and a selection of chutneys. The outdoor garden hosts a slew of barbecued North Indian stalwarts such as chicken flavoured with cumin and garlic and fish marinated in yoghurt for a tangy hit.
