Supper Special of 2019 at Le Binchotan

Le Binchotan’s Supper Special, first introduced last year as a National Day tribute, will begin on 25 April this year. It will showcase guest chefs and their personal versions of favourite supper dishes. Jeremmy & Friends kicks off with an eclectic culinary line-up of ArChan Chan of LeVeL33; Sam Chablani; and Damian D’Silva that bring intriguing new twists to the suppers.

Every guest chef will present one big plate and one small plate; as host, Jeremmy will present three big plates and three small plates.

For the regular Supper Special programme, chef Jeremmy’s dishes will be available from 9.30pm to 11.30pm, on Friday and Saturday. The supper menu will comprise one big plate and one small plate, available as a-la-carte options.

For the Jeremmy & Friends events, however, the party cranks up! Each guest chef will present their dishes with chef Jeremmy’s dishes, and that particular menu will be available for three nights – Thursday, Friday and Saturday. During the Jeremmy & Friends events, the supper dishes will be the one and only focus from 9.30pm all the way until midnight. Full servings of both chefs’ dishes will be available for First order as a set: a pre-requisite, but not a hardship, at $35++ per person.

Diners can expect new renditions of classic fare with a modern twist in Hai Tien Lo’s various menus including its well-loved dim sum buffet experience. Executive Chef Ben’s culinary philosophy involves elevating the natural taste of premium produce, through creative ingredient pairings and combination cooking methods, while retaining a harmonious balance of flavours in the dish.

The refreshed menu is extended to Hai Tien Lo’s four set lunch menus and six set dinner menus, prices starting from $58++ and $88++ per diner respectively.
