O’Coffee Club (OCC), the homegrown gourmet coffee chain, has reopened its outlet in Raffles City. Patrons can look forward to a welcoming new experience. The outlet has been redesigned to give it a fresh and modern look but diners can still expect the same good quality coffee and affordably priced food at O’Coffee Club Raffles City.
O’Coffee Club Raffles City
Founded in 1991, OCC is a homegrown gourmet coffee chain that started with a cafe in Holland Village. Quite a few locals had their first encounter with gourmet coffee like Latte and brewing methods such as Syphon Brew at OCC Holland Village.
O’Coffee Club is no longer in Holland Village but now has outlets in Changi Airport, SGH Academia, Seletar Mall and Raffles City. By the beginning of 2023, the outlet at Level 3 of Raffles City had a rather dated look. It underwent a makeover that transformed it into a modern space with captivating and alluring interior decorations.
The interior design of OCC Raffles City cleverly incorporates architectural elements and lighting to create a welcoming and visually appealing space that is bright and airy.
Menu of O’Coffee Club Raffles City
The menu of O’Coffee Club Raffles City is extensive and interesting. Menu items include old favorites like the OCC Club Sandwich and Chili Crab Pasta, as well as new items like Pizza with Meat Free Sausage Patties and Burnt Cheesecake. The gourmet coffee section takes up 2 pages of the menu. Whether you’re in the mood for just a cup of good coffee, a hearty meal or just a light snack, you’ll find something to suit your taste buds.
Below are pictures of random pages of the menu. The full menu can be viewed online (link below).
Brunch at OCC Raffles City
We visited the refreshed OCC Raffles City for brunch and ordered a few all-day breakfast items.
The Hearty Breakfast ($17.90) was a big colourful dish which included bacon strips, grilled chicken sausage, ham, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms and mixed salad, with toast and scrambled eggs. It was fairly standard fare but there was quite a lot to eat.
Another simple breakfast dish we had was the Belgian Waffle with Bacon & Scrambled Eggs ($12.90), which consisted of bacon strips and scrambled eggs on a waffle, served with butter and honey maple.
We also tried the Savour Country Pie ($14.90), which was pan-fried chicken, mushroom and fresh carrots in cream sauce, topped with mashed potatoes and mozzarella cheese. The house salad and nacho chips were served on the side. It was a nice dish comprising all the essential food groups. A guilt-free dish that was satisfying.
We had the Latte ($6.40) and Americano ($5.40) at OCC Raffles City. They were both good.
Inviting place for good coffee & hearty dishes
There is a slew of dining options in Raffles City. However, a number of F&B outlets there can burn a hole in the ordinary patron’s pocket. Other eateries, especially those in the basement of the mall, can get very crowded. O’ Coffee Club is a great affordable option if you want to get away from the crowd. The refreshed O’ Coffee Club Raffles City is an inviting place for good coffee and reasonably priced hearty dishes.
From now till the end of July 2023, there is one more reason to visit the cafe. It has a GSS Set Meal Special – priced at $49.90 for 2.
