The Woodleigh Residences and The Woodleigh Mall is a mixed development project in the new Bidadari Estate, situated at the junction of Upper Serangoon Road and Upper Aljunied Road. The development houses 206,000 sq feet of retail space, 11 residential towers of 11-storey each, a 65,000 sq feet Community Club and a 24,000 sq feet Neighbourhood Police Centre.
The mall links directly to the Woodleigh MRT Station. It has a basement car park and bicycle parks with end-of-trip facilities.
The Woodleigh Mall houses UOB Bank, Popular Bookstore, Fairprice Finest Supermarket, medical centres and clinics, enrichment centres and a few fashion and lifestyle shops spread over 3 storeys.
