Mensho Tokyo ramen master Tomoharu Shono,

Founded in 2005, the restaurant has garnered a cult following with its dedication to the “farm-to-bowl” philosophy and a meticulous focus on the five key elements of ramen: the perfect balance of sauce, soup, noodles, oil, and toppings.

The restaurant chain is dedicated to using fresh, seasonal ingredients from Japan and special items from local Japanese farmers and traditional ‘Kura’ storehouses. The Singapore branch will maintain these high standards by using the same ingredients as other Mensho restaurants worldwide, ensuring authentic taste and top quality.
