The recent opening of 6 Letter Brunch Cafe at Crawford Lane enhances the growing cafe culture in the old HDB estate. It provides residents and visitors with a delightful spot to enjoy coffee and brunch options in a cosy, inviting atmosphere.
Cafe at Block 464 Crawford Lane
Located at Block 464 Crawford Lane, 6 Letter Brunch shares its space with Outpost Climbing (an indoor adventure park featuring over 20 obstacle-centric high wall lanes for the young and the young at heart). 6 Letter Brunch Cafe has its own main entrance, but guests can also access the cafe through Outpost Climbing. Hill Street Tai Hwa Pork Noodle, the Michelin-starred hawker stall, is situated at Block 466 Crawford Lane, just a short walk from 6 Letter Brunch.
The interior of the new cafe is simple yet inviting, with a spacious and airy feel. A counter with a sleek coffee machine dominates one end of the space, while the judicious use of greenery and a garden swing adds to the welcoming aesthetic. Children’s drawings on a section of the walls add a homely touch. There are tables of various sizes and shapes, accommodating families with children, large groups of friends, and couples on a date. A small outdoor seating area is available, just besides the main entrance.

Waffle & Pancakes
We opted for the 6 Letter Brunch Waffle ($13) and the Arabiki Sausage and Pancakes ($13), accompanied by a bowl of mushroom soup ($5) and a cup of long black ($5.30).
The presentation was pleasingly straightforward, and the portion sizes were fairly generous.
The mushroom soup was a standout, rich and creamy with a depth of flavour that exceeded expectations.
The 6 Letter Brunch Waffle was a delightful combination of textures, with the crispy bacon providing a satisfying contrast to the fluffy waffle and creamy scrambled eggs. The accompanying fresh grapes added a refreshing element.
The Arabiki Sausage and Pancakes was a classic brunch dish. While the pancakes were not as light and fluffy as we would have liked, they provided a comforting base for the savoury sausage and sunny-side-up egg. A generous serving of greens added a healthy touch, making the meal well-balanced.
6 Leeter brewed a good cup of coffee – rich and aromatic.
