Fourgather, the modern Thai restaurant, has launched its second outlet at Suntec City, following the success of its Amoy Hotel location. The new Thai fusion restaurant introduces a fresh menu, blending traditional Thai flavours with Western influences, and features the restaurant’s first dedicated children’s menu.
The new Thai fusion restaurant in Suntec City, a 66-seater spanning 1,560 square feet, offers a vibrant atmosphere with neon signage and contemporary décor. It aims to provide a casual dining experience suitable for lunch, after-work gatherings, and family meals.
Fusion Flavours Take Centre Stage
The new menu showcases a range of innovative dishes. The Prime Short Ribs Beef Salad ($29.90++) offers grilled short ribs with a lime and chilli dressing. The popular Matchstick Wings ($12.90++) from the original outlet have also been revamped with a more intense herb blend.
Fourgather has also reimagined Thai classics as pasta dishes. The Green Curry Pasta ($19.90++) features chicken breast in a green curry sauce, while the Tom Yum Seafood Pasta ($26.90++) combines seafood with a tangy Tom Yum sauce.
For those seeking traditional Thai comfort food, the Thai Braised Fish Maw Soup ($39.90++) includes fish maw, chicken, quail eggs, and herbs. The Fluffy Jumbo Crab Omelette ($32.90++) offers a combination of crab and egg.
Sharing Plates and Hotpots for Gatherings
The new Thai fusion restaurant also caters to larger groups. The Fourgather Pork Party Platter ($35.90++) includes Moo Ping, crispy pork belly, pork cutlets, and grilled pork jowl. The Tom Yum Mama Hotpot ($36.90++) is a seafood-based hotpot designed for sharing.
Kid-Friendly Options Introduced
A new addition to Fourgather is its dedicated children’s menu. Options include Bacon and Corn Fried Rice (S$14.90++), Pad Penne with Chicken and Hotdog (S$17.90++), Crispy Popcorn Chicken (S$9.90++), and Golden Tater Tots (S$8.90++). Set meals featuring dishes like Teriyaki Chicken and Pork Cutlet are also available.
