Burnt Ends Hospitality Group is expanding its footprint with the launch of its second bakery and a new speakeasy bar at the Audi House of Progress Singapore, Audi flagship showroom at Cross Street Exchange.

The Audi x Burnt Ends Bakery and GT Bar will open on 15 February 2025, marking a significant collaboration between the popular bakery and the German automotive brand. Located in Cross Street Exchange at 18 Cross Street, the new establishment will offer a unique blend of German-inspired bakes and innovative beverages. The bakery, open daily from 8 am to 4 pm, will seat 30 guests and operate on a walk-in basis.
German-Inspired Menu

Chef-owner Dave Pynt has created an exclusive menu of German-inspired bakes, paying homage to Audi’s heritage. Patrons can expect a range of sweet and savoury options, including:
- Black Forest doughnut ($7): Filled with cherries, kirsch, dark chocolate, and vanilla bean Chantilly
- Apple Strudel doughnut ($6): A creative take on the traditional German dessert
- Elevated pretzel ($9): A signature twist on the classic German bread


The bakery will also feature an advanced coffee programme, complete with a dedicated roasting facility and an interactive brew bar. Guests can enjoy the Slayer’s Blend or explore various single-origin and blended coffees, with beverages starting from $4.25.
GT Bar
Adding an element of intrigue, the GT Bar will operate as a speakeasy within the Audi House of Progress. Open daily from 5 pm until late, this intimate space will accommodate 12-15 guests.The bar’s German-inspired beverage menu will showcase:
- A wine list focusing on Rieslings and Pinot Noirs
- Champagne selections and German Sekt
- Signature cocktails like the “Black Forest”, inspired by the classic gateau
- A playful beer selection.

Design and Atmosphere
Emma Maxwell Designs, in collaboration with Steven Leach Group, has crafted the interiors to blend Audi’s modern aesthetic with Burnt Ends’ distinctive style. The space incorporates Audi-inspired motifs, including the iconic four rings, creating an innovative yet welcoming atmosphere.

Audi House of Progress Singapore
The bakery and bar are part of the larger Audi House of Progress Singapore, which opens its doors on the same day. This flagship showroom aims to provide an unique brand experience, integrating performance, lifestyle, sports, and dining.The facility will feature:
- The Audi Performance Suite, showcasing legacy cars and racing simulators
- The quattro Golf Lounge, offering virtual golf experiences
- Dedicated consultation areas and private customer lounges
