Menu highlights feature White Asparagus Truffle Royale Tart and Gochujang-Glazed Pork Ribs. The brunch costs $148++ per adult and $74++ per child.

At La Brasserie in The Fullerton Bay Hotel, the celebration features French and Mediterranean flavours. Diners can enjoy Maine lobster and Alaskan crab legs on ice. The restaurant also offers Wagyu beef sausages and soy-marinated beef galbi from the grill.
Two seatings are available, starting from 11.30am. Prices begin at $138++ per adult and $68++ per child.

Located on the 52nd floor of Capital Tower, SUSHISAMBA offers panoramic views of the city. The restaurant will extend its Copacabana Brunch into a two-day affair over the Easter weekend. The menu features tricultural cuisine, such as Smoked Pork Sausage Anticuchos and Huancaina Salad. Seasonal sweets include carrot cake tops and coconut and mango eggs.
The experience includes live DJs, samba dancers and an egg hunt.

Frasers House will debut its “House in Bloom” Easter Sunday Big Brunch on 5 April. The event combines offerings from LUCE, The Lobby Lounge and Man Fu Yuan. It features nearly 300 creations and 12 live stations.
Highlights include a seafood display, Risotto Salsiccia prepared in a Parmesan wheel and slow-roasted prime rib. Children can enjoy a dedicated playground with a bouncy castle and ball pit.
The brunch is priced at $188++ per adult and from $108++ per child.

Those celebrating at home can look for the Little Farms Easter range, available from 10 March. They offer naturally leavened sourdough hot cross buns from Starter Lab for $2.98 each. An Easter Platter for two, featuring Roaring Forties shoulder rack and Bostock chicken leg, is available from 3 to 5 April for $68++.

Little Farms stores will also host egg hunts on 28 and 29 March and 4 and 5 April 2026.
