The menu of Li Xin Teochew Fishball Noodle is fairly straightforward. You can pick the type of noodles, opt for dry or soup version and select from fishballs, fish dumplings or fish cakes as the main ingredients. Below are pictures of the menu boards of Li Xin at Viva Business Park.
Lixin Signature & Fish Dumpling
We went to the Li Xin Teochew Fishball Noodle shop in Chai Chee and ordered the Signature Noodle Dry with Bee Hoon Mee ($5.80) and the Fish Dumpling Noodle Dry with Mee Kia ($5).
The Signature Noodle meant that we got fish cakes, fishballs and fish dumplings. The fish balls were quite big and were nice and bouncy. The fish dumplings had thin smooth skins. Both the fish dumplings and fish cakes had good texture and taste.
The Bee Hoon Mee, or vermicelli with yellow noodles, with tomato ketchup
For a simple meal of fishball noodles, Li Xin Teochew Fishball Noodle outlet in Viva Business Park is a not a bad option. The place is pleasant and comfortable and the prices are similar to the usual food court prices.
