JustIN Gastro Cafe (by Justin Quek) Opens in TANGS

A Quick Look: JustIN Gastro Cafe | Bar has just opened at level 4 of TANGS Department Store in Tang Plaza, Orchard Road Singapore. Celebrity chef Justin Quek is the owner/chef at this new restaurant. We were at Tangs the other day and here is a quick look into the restaurant.

According to its website, the new cafe “… mixes Gallic joie de vivre with snappy customer service in a glammed-up setting of velvet banquettes and walls adorned with collages depicting the history of Vittoria Coffee and the celebrity chef-owner’s signature dishes through the ages. It’s Manhattan meets Montmartre on an all-day menu…”

Cafe Menu

Here is a picture of the JustIN Gastro Cafe menu. There seems to be a range of different cuisines on the menu. Dishes which stood out to us include lobster Hokkien mee, crepinettes of pig trotters and “Fresh Crabmeat Capellini “LKY”.

Tangs Level 4 Cafe

If the pictures of the space look familiar, that is because the restaurant space at level 4 of the Tangs store at Orchard Road used to be occupied by Island Cafe Tang’s. Other cafes that opened after that include Peranakan Dukukala Island and Malaysian restaurant Dancing Fish Signature.
