Today we feature some One Holland Village food highlights and mall information. These include interesting restaurants and food places, One Holland Village carpark entrance and floor by floor summaries of the new shopping mall.
Please note that we are highlighting outlets that look interesting to us. This is not a full list of restaurants at the new One Holland Village mall. For a complete listing please refer to the official mall website.
One Holland Village – Dog Friendly Mall
The shopping and retail part of the new One Holland Village is complete and open for business. Most of the shops and food outlets are up and running. As at the date of this post, there are still some shops and restaurants undergoing renovation and these are expected to open soon. The mall layout adopts the style we see at StarVista, HillV2 and Westgate where the common areas are not airconditioned, only the shop units are. We think that this style of mall has been most successfully implemented at One Holland V. The sprawling, low rise layout naturally suits the open air concept.
One Holland Village food and retail shops are spread out over levels 1,2 and 3 with levels 1 and 2 having the most f & b outlets. On level 4 is a roof garden and communal areas. Basements 1 and 2 are for parking.
The open layout is conducive to visitors with pets and this is a Singapore mall that is most welcoming of pets. In fact there is a Pets Lift (and possibly more that we did not see).
One Holland Village Parking – Basement and URA Carpark
Where is the entrance to One Holland Village carpark? The basement carpark is accessed from Holland Village Way, a new road that joins with Holland Drive and Holland Avenue. Go via Holland Drive and follow the signs. The carpark is large and bright. Another parking option is the nearby open-air URA carpark which is a minute walk away.
One Holland Village Carpark charges (as at date of this post) are:
Mon to Fri : First Block $2.18 for the first 1 hour
Subsequent Blocks $0.55 for subsequent 15 minutes
Per Entry: $3.27
(6pm to 7am)
Sat, Sun & PH : First Block $2.29 for the first 1 hour
Subsequent Blocks $0.57 for subsequent 15 minutes
Per Entry: $3.43
(6pm to 7am)
There is pedestrian access from the ‘old’ Holland V areas to the new Holland V mall.
Level 1 One Holland Village Restaurants and Shops
Shops and restaurants on level 1 of the new Holland V mall are the most accessible, whether you are approaching from the street level or from the basement car park. Here, there is a mix of well-known brands and some lesser known ones. These are some of the Level 1 One Holland Village food places and restaurants.

Level 4
“Village Commons” is the name for the rooftop zone on level 4. There are no shops here, just open areas for enjoying the fresh air and relaxation.
We saw 2 dining pavilions which seem to be available for booking. We do not know whether this will be available for booking by the public or only the residences of the new condo – One Holland Village Residences (currently under construction).
A nice view of the new and old Holland V areas from Level 4.
