With Locanda, Buona Terra is bringing the same passion for quality ingredients and delicious Italian dishes to a more relaxed setting.
At the helm of Locanda’s kitchen is Buona Terra’s Italian Resident Chef, Denis Lucchi. He is joined by a talented team, including familiar faces from Buona Terra’s fine dining restaurant, Head Chef William Bai and Sous Chef Anthony Chang. This top team with a wealth of experience guarantees authentic flavours in every dish.
Italian Comfort Food
Locanda’s menu focuses on hearty, soul-satisfying Italian fare. Expect Italian appetisers Bruscaccia and Veal Eye Round as well as house-made pastas – a cornerstone of any Italian trattoria.
Highlights from the mains include the Secreto Iberico Pork served with braised endives and apple sauce; Turbot Fillet accompanied by a Mediterranean sauce of fresh tomatoes, capers, olives and oregano. There are also Large Serving dishes, perfect for bigger groups of up to 4 guests diners, such as the Beef OP Ribs, Rucola and Parmesan, Baked Potato and the Spaghetti ai Frutti di Mare where a generous portion of pasta is tossed in a vibrant seafood tomato sauce, then adorned with sautéed shellfish.
Locanda also offers a ‘Selezione’ sharing menu at $78 per person (minimum 2 persons). For a larger party, there is a ‘Riserva’ sharing menu at $108 per person (minimum 6 persons). A Brunch sharing menu at $78 (minimum 2 adults) is also available.
