Marine Parade has a new mall with the opening of iMall in June 2025. The new lifestyle mall at Marine Parade Central joins Parkway Parade and i12 Katong in serving the area. While some might ask if the neighbourhood really needs another mall, the question on many minds is simpler: what can one eat at iMall?

iMall at Marine Parade

The new iMall currently has over 20 tenants across categories including F&B, play, wellness, entertainment, education and fitness. Perhaps the emphasis on food, children’s services and beauty treatments is very telling about consumer priorities in modern Singapore.
Whether Marine Parade needed another mall is debatable. What is less debatable is that iMall’s tenant mix reflects what Singaporeans are willing to spend money on: food, their children’s development and looking their best.

Cristofori Music Academy, Fly Once Gymnastics and HCL Education Centre will offer rounded childhood development and enrichment activities. HappyWiz and Paco Fun World can keep the whole family entertained.
Visit Amore and 24/7 Fitness to keep fit and trim. SL Aesthetic Clinic, V Medical Aesthetics and Laser Clinic and Concept NAILZ SPA are among the services that will help you look good.
