The Christmas season brings an array of log cakes and traditional bakes across Singapore’s hotels and bakeries. Options range from luxurious creations to interesting takes on classic treats. Here are a few places offering delicious and tempting festive selections this December.


The Fullerton Hotels

Executive Pastry Chef Siddharth Prabhu introduces The Fullerton Cassis Mont Blanc at $128. The entremet features an illuminated chocolate snow globe with a miniature Fullerton Building. Inside are layers of chestnut cream, cassis curd, and Valrhona white chocolate mousse with hazelnut praline feuilletine.
Two new yule logs debut this year. The Pistachio & Raspberry Yule Log ($88) combines pistachio sponge and crème with raspberry couverture chocolate and house-made jam. The Coffee & Passion Fruit Yule Log ($88) layers sponge infused with The Fullerton Blend coffee beans with Valrhona Manjari chocolate mousse and passion fruit curd.

Returning favourites include the Pandan Coconut Snow Yule Log ($79) and The Fullerton Black Forest Yule Log ($88). Guest chef Makoto Arami from AMI Patisserie contributes two exclusive cakes: the Hojicha-colate Cake ($78) and Berry Citrus Cake ($88).
Traditional bakes include Black Forest Panettone ($68), Classic Panettone ($68), Traditional Stollen ($58), and Classic Rum Fruitcake ($42). All items are available at The Fullerton Cake Boutique at both hotels and online till 27 December.

The St. Regis Singapore

Executive Pastry Chef Ng Chee Leong presents two log cake variations this year. The Chocolate & St. Regis Tea Yule Log ($88) features 72% chocolate Chantilly mousse, St. Regis tea-infused cream, vanilla caramel, and an almond crunch exterior.
The Mascarpone and Pandan Log Cake ($88) offers a tropical twist with palm sugar Chantilly cream, citrus lemon verbena coulis, and nougatine with coconut mousseline. The hotel also offers The St. Regis Tea Blend Marinated Salmon ($52) and a Terrine with Fig Jam ($88).
The St. Regis Gourmet Retail collection is available now for pre-order, with delivery and self-collection till 1 January 2026. Guests can order from patisserie-stregissingapore.oddle.me.

Bibik Violet

Bibik Violet offers heritage-inspired bakes in limited batches. The Chempedak Cake ($53) features the flesh of the chempedak fruit. The Signature Orange Sugee Cake ($62) is infused with orange notes.
The Pulut Hitam Tart ($60) and Pineapple Coconut Tart ($65) provide traditional flavours. Smaller items include Butter Loaf ($15.80), Chocolate Loaf ($18), and Pandan Chiffon ($13).
The bakery also stocks Signature Pandan Kaya ($8.80) and traditional Singapore Kopi and Teh from $16.50. All baked goods are available in-store only while stocks last.

M Hotel presents the Pastel Dream Dome Igloo Cake, a dome-shaped dessert with rainbow cake layers infused with mocha and yuzu. Diners pour edible pastel colour gels over the dome to create patterns. The 1kg cake is priced at $88.
The Tiramisu Delight Log Cake ($88, 800g) is a non-alcoholic option with mascarpone cream and coffee-soaked sponge.

Mandai Rainforest Resort by Banyan Tree
Bakes from Singapore’s first and only rainforest resort, Mandai Rainforest Resort by Banyan Tree, should be a unique treat.

Yule logs range from Dark Chocolate to Durian Coconut, starting at $68. Traditional bakes include Mixed Fruit Cake, Fruity Panettone, and Marzipan Stollen from $38.
Orders require three days’ advance notice and must be placed by 20 December. Collections are available at the Level 1 Coach Bay from 4 to 23 December.

La Cerise Royale Bûche De Noël ($108, 1kg) combines morello cherry confit, caramel mousse, and nutmeg crémeux. The Spiced Citrus Noir Yule Log layers Fleur de Cao dark chocolate mousse with vanilla custard and apricot rosemary confit. This log cake is available in 1kg ($108) and 500g ($60) sizes.
