Singapore’s restaurants are presenting a diverse array of Valentine’s Day dining experiences this year, from intimate fine dining and champagne brunches to singles parties and pasta-making workshops. For those willing to splurge this Valentine’s Day, premium options include Michelin-starred establishments and exclusive venues. Here are a few options available from 13 to 15 February 2026, whether marking the occasion as a couple, with friends, or meeting someone new.


JAAN by Kirk Westaway – $488 to $1,100 per person

The Michelin-starred restaurant on the 70th floor of Swissôtel The Stamford offers both lunch and dinner on 13 and 14 February. The modern British menu includes black truffle and leek soup, Irish oyster with Kristal caviar, roasted blue lobster tail with aged parmesan, and dry-aged Wagyu fillet with fig-glazed foie gras. Dinner features wild-caught John Dory fillet with king crab leg. The experience concludes with warm chocolate mousse and white caramel ice cream.

Lunch is $488++ per person with Krug Grande Cuvée. Dinner is $1,100++ per person, also with Krug. Wine pairings add $298++ or $568++. Parties of four receive a complimentary bottle of Krug Grande Cuvée worth $590 with dinner.

Chef Akane Eno partners with Japanese calligraphy artist Showfu for a one-night collaboration on 14 February. The seven-course dinner includes a live calligraphy performance where Showfu paints the Chinese character for love onto plates using edible red ink. Diners receive a hand-calligraphed menu folder as a keepsake. The kappo-style menu showcases seasonal Japanese ingredients. Limited seating available at the Claymore Connect restaurant.

The 70th-floor restaurant at Swissôtel The Stamford presents a four-course dinner from 13 to 15 February under newly appointed Executive Chef Enver Can Gumus. The menu opens with hamachi rose served with white peach and yuzu kosho. Mains include Wylarah Wagyu sirloin with pommes dauphine or sea bass with sorrel and potato velouté. Dessert is pink honey peach with osmanthus wine mousse and oat crumble. Wine flight adds $128++.

Mains are Wylarah Wagyu sirloin or sea bass. Dessert is pink honey peach with osmanthus wine mousse. Minimum two to dine. Includes a glass of Pommery Champagne. The à la carte menu is available from 10.30pm onwards.

The Italian restaurant at Mandarin Oriental presents a five-course set dinner on 14 February from 6.30pm to 10.30pm. The menu features poached lobster with zucchini and lobster tartare, beetroot risotto with Oscietra caviar, and choice of pan-seared halibut with black truffle or braised Wagyu short rib. Dessert combines raspberry notes with hawthorn guava.

The Cabana Picnic Date returns after selling out last year, priced at $500++ per couple from 7pm to 10pm. The picnic includes Italian cold cuts and cheese, baked maccheroni, and champagne against the city skyline.

The meal starts with beef bone consommé and concludes with vanilla and strawberry soft serve.

The 57th-floor restaurant at Marina Bay Sands offers two options. The three-course lunch ($168++) features poached oyster with kimchi granita, king crab with scallop mousse, Miyazaki A4 striploin, and Opalys yuzu mousse dessert. The five-course dinner ($248++) includes abalone soba mai juk, wild seabream with squid noodles, and Australian Wagyu short rib MB5. Vegetarian options are available for both menus.

The rooftop restaurant offers a five-course dinner for couples at $398++ per couple. The menu includes Wagyu beef tataki with truffle ponzu, Chilean sea bass anticuchos, and premium moriawase nigiri. Strawberry rose dessert infused with pink champagne concludes the meal. DJ sets and roving samba performances continue throughout the evening. Valentine’s-exclusive cocktails such as Love Is In The Air and Suit & Tie are available.
The Copacabana Brunch on Valentine’s Day transforms into a Galentine’s celebration with buffet-style service. Free-flow champagne tiers range from $40++ for Moët & Chandon to $788++ for Dom Pérignon. Tableside samba performances and DJ sets accompany the meal.

At SAMBAROOM, Casa de CORAÇÃO offers a late-night singles party led by DJ Shin. Ladies receive complimentary entry from 9.30pm to 11.30pm with a free cocktail for the first 20 arrivals. Gentlemen pay $35++ pre-event or $45++ at the door.

The Japanese Wagyu specialist offers two menus. Throughout February, the Wagyu of the Month lunch ($98++) features Australian Wagyu F4 and Atlantic lobster tail donburi with foie gras, sea urchin, and lumpfish caviar. The set includes appetiser and dessert.
On 13 and 14 February, the six-course dinner ($178++) showcases Kagoshima Akune Gold A5 Wagyu. Highlights include rib cap carpaccio with Kaluga caviar, wagyu shank and daikon soup, knuckle shabu-shabu, and striploin steak with wasabi. Dessert is Japanese-style pudding with Matsusaka beef tallow butterscotch sauce. A three-glass sake flight adds $88++. Two seatings at 6pm and 8.15pm.

The Keong Saik Road bar presents a Valentine’s Day Couples Champagne and Caviar Bumps Special from 13 to 28 February. The tableside martini personalisation service includes garnish customisation.

Available from 11 to 15 February while stocks last, the Catalan restaurant at Keong Saik Road offers several Valentine’s specials. Canelón with braised meats, porcini mushrooms, and black winter truffle costs $30. Charcoal-grilled red snapper with garlic chilli and sherry vinegar is $38.
Pig trotters terrine and red prawn Carabinero with parsnip and hazelnuts picada is also $38. The Angus striploin paella with black winter truffle, served in traditional cast iron pans, is $78. Pink Panther velvet heart dessert with rose and black tea mousse costs $18.
