New Korean BBQ Spot Kott-Don 360 Opens at Paya Lebar Quarter
A Korean barbecue restaurant known for aged meat and hand-cut preparation has opened at PLQ Mall. Kott-Don 360 is the second outlet from the team behind Flower Pig 360 in Tanjong Pagar. The name combines Korean wordplay. “Kott” means flower, referencing the signature cutting technique. “Don” means money. The number 360 represents the hours each cut is aged.

Meat Preparation Method
The restaurant uses a flower-cut technique. Chefs hand-score each piece of meat to increase surface area. This allows marinades to penetrate deeper and enhances tenderness. The process is time-consuming and rarely practiced in other restaurants. All cuts are aged for 360 hours before preparation.
Pork is the main specialty. Beef prepared with the same method is also available.

Menu and Dining Experience
The restaurant does not use heavy smoke or charcoal. Instead, it focuses on precise temperature control and balanced marinades. Singapore does not permit Korean meat imports. Co-founders Frank Jin and Chef Jeon Woohyun developed a supply chain replicating Korean Hanwoo beef and Jeju Black pork profiles.

Korea’s Premium Jeju Pork Makes Singapore Debut
Rare Jeju Black Pork, comprising just 0.01% of Korea’s pork production, now available exclusively at Culina

Singapore has gained access to HANDON, Korea’s premium Jeju pork, for the first time. Culina at COMO Dempsey has partnered with MEATK by SoGoodK to bring both Jeju White and Black pork varieties to local consumers. The partnership gives Singapore’s chefs and home cooks access to ingredients previously unavailable outside Korea.
Jeju White Pork comes from pigs raised along the island’s coastline. The animals are nourished by volcanic spring water and mineral-rich soil. Low-stress, spacious conditions produce tender meat with clean flavour.
Jeju Black Pork represents just 0.01% of Korea’s total pork production. These pigs grow slowly in Jeju’s misty foothills and forested highlands. The meat offers rich aroma and deeper flavour concentration. Its rarity and strict transport requirements make this arrival particularly significant.
Jeju Black Pork Back Ribs are priced at at $100 per kilogramme. Jeju Black Pork Belly Boneless Skin Off costs $110.50 per kilogramme. Jeju Black Pork Shoulder Rib is priced at $48.50 per kilogramme.
