Tutto by Da Paolo at Holland Village

Tutto by Da Paolo is a new Italian restaurant with American diner vibes at One Holland Village.

Seoul & So at National Gallery Singapore

Seoul & So at Level 5 of National Gallery Singapore is a new Korean barbecue restaurant with meat selection that covers several cuts and origins. Hanwoo, which is Korean beef, features alongside Handon, a Korean breed of pork. The restaurant also serves Japanese wagyu, Australian wagyu, USDA Prime beef and Iberico pork.
Besides the grilled mains Kimchi Jjigae ๊น์น์ฐ๊ฐ, Naengi Doenjang Jjigae ๋์ด ๋์ฅ์ฐ๊ฐ, Naeng Kalguksu ๋์นผ๊ตญ์, Buchujeon ๋ถ์ถ์ , and Japchae ์ก์ฑ are among the Korean favourites on the menu.

Mary Grace at Tras Street

The new cafe is the first international outlet of the Filipino bakery-cafe chain, Mary Grace.
It serves the signature Ensaymadas and Cheese Rolls, alongside traditional Filipino comfort food. There will also be Singapore-exclusive creations, such as Salted Egg Ensaymada and a Kaya Pandan Cheese Roll.

Traditional Filipino comfort food on the menu includes Angus Beef Tapa ($25.50), which consists of savoury beef slices served with rosemary or garlic rice and eggs, and Grilled Chicken Inasal Focaccia ($19.50), marinated in a tangy achuete-spiced blend. For starters, the menu includes Cassava Chips with Onion Dip ($12) and a White Cheese Salad with Calamansi Vinaigrette ($18). Read more.

PS.Gourmet Group, the team behind the well known PS.Cafe brand, has launched a new casual dining concept. Named Park Side, the new all day cafe at the Singapore Botanic Gardens offers two distinct menus to its patrons.
The kitchen serves brunch plates from 8 am to 4 pm. Items for brunch includes Hummingbird Pancake ($22) and Tikka Paneer Toast ($22). The all-day menu starts at 11 am and continues until the cafe closes. It includes nibbles, larger plates, and a kidsโ menu. Expect dishes like Tamarind Hot Honey Chicken Burger ($26), Spiced Fish & Chips ($28) and Asian Tuna Tartine ($24). Jellyfish Sushi at New Bahru

Chef Bjorn Shen has launched Jellyfish Sushi at Artichoke in New Bahru.
The 10-seat counter takes a non-traditional approach to sushi. Dishes include bread sushi, risotto sushi and Vietnamese summer roll sushi. Jellyfish builds on Shen’s earlier Bread Sushi concept from Small’s restaurant. The menu features fish paired with unexpected ingredients. Examples include sea urchin with scrambled eggs and parmesan on charred bread.


The menu has up to 12 courses and costs $165 per person. It will change every few months.

Elephant Grounds at Guoco Midtown
The Hong Kong cafe is known for house-roasted specialty coffee and all-day dining. The new Elephant Grounds at Guoco Midtown operates as a roastery, bakery and restaurant.


The Singapore outlet is the second globally to feature an on site production kitchen with a dedicated baking team. Fresh breads, pastries and croissants will be baked throughout the day. The signature croissant uses a non-traditional lamination technique combining French and Japanese methods. Varieties include chocolate, almond and banoffee.
Coffee beans are sourced from Ijen Lestari, a Cup of Excellence-winning farm in East Java, and roasted in-house. The OG Blend is available as whole beans, drip bags and capsules. The drinks menu also includes premium matcha, teas and alcoholic options.


Food offerings span all day brunch items such as shakshuka served with toasted sourdough, chorizo and feta, or a plant-based version with tofu and zucchini. Pancakes come with maple syrup or wild berries. The aรงai yoghurt bowl features Founders’ Granola made with rolled oats, dried apricots and maple syrup.
