Caffé Beviamo One Holland Village seems like the kind of cafe we would like to have if we go into the f & b business. Nicely decorated and small enough to be cosy but large enough to have a comfortable scale of operations. Most importantly, it seems to be busy each time we pass by this place, which is not easy to achieve considering its long opening hours of 9 am to 9 pm.
All day dining Cafe at One Holland Village
According to its website, Caffé Beviamo “… has been dedicated to creating a warm and inviting atmosphere where you can enjoy exceptional coffee and food for more than the last two decades in Singapore.” They serve a signature coffee blend and food that is made fresh, and whenever possible, gluten-free, organic, or preservative-free. Beviamo has two outlets – their other outlet is at Tanglin Mall.
The cafe has a pleasant decor with lots of wood finish and warm lighting to create a cosy atmosphere. A counter fully stocked with food is always a welcoming sight. The ciabatta bread and pastries are said to be freshly baked in-house daily.
Window Seat Please
With a prime ground location in the middle of the new One Holland Village, it has a good frontage – facing the open courtyard. I have passed by this cafe many times and finally decided to go in and try it out. It was quite busy so the outside facing window seats seemed like a good choice. I thought it was a good decision – especially when dining alone, a good place for people (and dog) watching.

Here are pictures of the Caffé Beviamo One Holland Village Menu. The food choices are predictable all-day dining kind of items such as sandwiches, pastas and pizzas.
A Nice Place for Solo Dining at One Holland V
In addition to being a suitable place for people watching, the food portions at Caffe Beviamo are quite small. It is possible to order for one person, making this a good place for dining solo.
My starter was a beetroot salad ($17). The combination of roast beetroot, sweet potato, rocket, feta, hazelnut and balsamic was neatly done. No heavy sauces were used, giving this dish a healthy and light feel. The saltiness of the feta cheese provided contrast to the sweetness of the vegetables.
I tried a prawn pizza ($17). It was a thin crust pizza, topped with prawns, garlic, cherry tomato, red chilli and parsley. The size was suitable for one person, but that would mean little space available for dessert.
Cake and Coffee at Caffé Beviamo One Holland Village
There was hardly any space left for dessert that day, but seeing so many nice cakes on display, I had to at least try one of them. Carrot cake ($6) and coffee completed my lunch at Caffe Beviamo Holland V. This was probably the best segment of the meal. The cake was moist and the portion was generous while the coffee was robust and aromatic (although the latte art looked rather untidy). Service at this cafe was very friendly and efficient.
