Le Clos, previously known as Clos Pasoh, has been designed to create a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere centred around a cellar. The new Le Clos — Wine House & Restaurant in New Bahru features a casual restaurant and bar, complete with an alfresco terrace. Guests are encouraged to come for the wine and stay for the food.
Le Clos’ new menu offers fresh takes on wine-friendly cuisine, aiming for a more relaxed dining experience while retaining some classic dishes from Clos Pasoh, such as the tuna collar. A standout feature at the new restaurant is the Josper oven, which enhances large-format dishes like the Sanchoku wagyu tomahawk and the Japanese charcoal-grilled tuna collar. The oven adds delicious charcoal flavours to both the grilled meats and vegetables.
Menu highlights include The Croq’ Basque Chorizo, Confit Onions & Roasted Piquillo Peppers; Watermelon, Feta & Mint; and Macka’s M4 + OP Rib Black Angus & Bordelaise Sauce.
The venue also includes a speciality delicatessen that sells wines, artisanal delicacies, and grape-varietal-specific glasses to complement your next bottle.
