Big Brunch, with a mesmerising spread extending across both restaurants and encompass Eastern and Western specialities. In the sunlit atrium between these restaurants, The North Courtyard will transform into a dessert wonderland. For an elegant experience, La Brasserie will be serving Christmas Lunch and Dinner Set Menus in its intimate European-style setting. On Christmas Day, the elaborate Christmas Brunch will feature freshly carved Maple Cinnamon Roasted Gammon Ham, Pineapple Chilli-spiced Iberico Pork Belly, and more. While the champagne flows, younger brunch guests can have their own fun at the Kids’ Room, complete with a child-friendly dessert selection.
