SKAI offers a Paddington-inspired High Tea from 1 December 2025 to 31 January 2026.
The menu features Orange Marmalade Sandwich and Cheese & Truffle Gougères. Other savouries include Honey Baked Ham with Apple & Whole Grain Mustard Remoulade and Hot Smoked Salmon Rillette with Caviar. Chicken Pie is also available. Pastries include Raspberry Battenberg Sponge, Clementine Marmalade Sandwich with Honey Brioche and a Paddington Fruity Macaron. Lemon Tea Meringue Shortbread features on the menu.
Non-alcoholic cocktails include Tea with Paddington and Sunshine at No. 32. TWG Tea selections and gourmet coffee are available.
Guests receive a takeaway jar of Orange Marmalade.
Price is $88 per adult and $48 per child (ages 6-12) in December. January 2026 pricing drops to $78 per adult and $39 per child. On Christmas Day, 25 December 2025, the cost is $108 per adult. That includes the marmalade jam and a glass of champagne.

Nature’s Enchantments Afternoon Tea at Portman’s Bar runs till 1 January 2026.
The menu draws inspiration from nature and holiday themes. Savoury items include Smoked Tuna in Maguro and Braised Black Angus Beef in Yorkshire Pudding. Sweet selections feature Green Tea Christmas Tree Cheesecake and Chocolate Chestnut Reindeer.
Three pricing tiers are available. The base option at $68 per person includes two servings of coffee or tea. At $88 per person, guests receive the same plus one glass of house champagne or festive cocktail. The $118 per person package offers two hours of free-flow champagne, house red or white wine, Tiger draught or festive cocktail.
The bar also serves fruit-infused festive cocktails from $14 to $25. Tipsy Elf ($25) combines bourbon with passionfruit, marigold and peach oolong tea. Jingle Juice ($25) blends pineapple, pomegranate kombucha and Bloody Shiraz Gin. Gingerbread Whisper ($25) features spiced apple and gingerbread. Santa’s Secret ($14) is a zero-alcohol option with elderflower, passionfruit and grapefruit foam.

The space at ATLAS is a celebration of the grand Art Deco lobbies of Europe and the era’s rich culinary and beverage traditions. The venue ranked No.43 on The World’s 50 Best Bars 2024 list.
The tea menu includes Alaskan King Crab Salad and Toulouse Sausage Roll with red pepper ketchup. Desserts feature Honey Spiced Almond Cake, Black Forest Yule Log and a Gingerbread Man.
Guests can choose from 17 tea varieties, including the ATLAS Art Deco Blend. The bar also offers An ATLAS Suite with three petite Martini cocktails for $42. Two champagnes are available by the glass, four by the bottle.
