Chick-fil-A has opened its first restaurant in Asia at Bugis+. The American fast-food chain is most famous for its signature Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich, a breaded, boneless chicken breast filet served on a toasted, buttered bun with sliced dill pickles. Chick-fil-A Singapore welcomed customers at its Bugis+ outlet in Victoria Street on 11 December 2025.
Chick-fil-A Singapore
Chick-fil-A is the third-largest quick-service restaurant company in the United States. It operates more than 3,000 outlets across the US, Canada, Puerto Rico, the UK, and now Singapore.
The opening of Chick-fil-A Singapore marks the start of a US$75 million, 10-year investment in the Asia-Pacific region by the American fast-food chain. Singapore is the company’s first market in Asia.
Location and Operating Hours
Chick-fil-A Singapore outlet is located on the first level of Bugis+, 201 Victoria Street #01-19. The dining space covers about 4,000 square feet and blends the look of a casual American diner with interesting Singaporean elements.
A light fixture shaped like the map of Singapore hangs from the ceiling, while peach basket lamps pay tribute to Georgia, the American state where Chick-fil-A was founded.
A wall mural at the outlet depicts local icons including the Merlion, Singapore Flyer and HDB Flats alongside Chick-fil-A menu items. The space also features a Community Table designed with local artist Cheok Keng Lye. The table incorporates three-dimensional resin artwork inspired by the Singapore River.
The outlet is at Bugis+ operates Monday to Saturday from 10 am to 10 pm. The restaurant is closed on Sundays, following a company tradition started by founder S. Truett Cathy, who “knew what it was like to work seven days a week in restaurants, so he saw the importance of letting his employees set aside one day to rest and worship if they choose“. The restaurant will also be closed on Christmas Day.
Chick-fil-A Menu Highlights
The chain prepares meals with boneless chicken breast fillets. Many menu items are hand-prepared throughout the day.
The Singapore outlet serves Chick-fil-A’s signature items. These include the Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich and Chick-fil-A Waffle Potato Fries and Chick-fil-A Lemonade.
Milkshakes come in four flavours: vanilla, strawberry, chocolate, and cookies and cream.
The restaurant also serves Chick-fil-A Nuggets, Mac & Cheese and Cobb Salads.
Five signature sauces are available. These are Chick-fil-A Sauce, Barbeque Sauce, Honey Mustard Sauce, Sweet and Spicy Sriracha Sauce, and Garden Herb Ranch Sauce. A new Spicy Chili Sauce has been developed exclusively for Singapore. The sauce balances red pepper with lemon and garlic notes.
Community Initiatives
Chick-fil-A donated S$25,000 to The Food Bank Singapore to mark the opening. The company will donate another S$25,000 for each new outlet opened in Singapore.
The restaurant will participate in the Chick-fil-A Shared Table programme, which has helped create more than 42 million meals globally. Surplus food of Chick-fil-A Singapore will be redirected to local non-profit partners through The Food Bank Singapore.
