Sospiri at IOI Central Boulevard Towers offers Italian dining with Marina Bay fireworks views. The first seating (6pm-8pm) features a four-course menu at $118++ per person. The Club Lounge hosts Midnight Rouge countdown party. Entry costs $58 nett (12pm-4pm), $68 nett (4pm-10pm), or $118 nett (10pm onwards), with premium pours or champagne included. DJs spin until 4am the next day. Guests are encouraged to wear red.

Estate buffet restaurant serves dinner from 6.30pm to 10pm at $198++ per adult. The spread includes French oysters, Boston lobsters, Alaskan king and snow crabs at the seafood bar. The carving station features crispy pork knuckle, golden-roasted stuffed turkey, venison loin, and 12-hour slow-roasted Wagyu prime rib. The Gala Dinner & Countdown Party (8pm till late) costs $888++ per guest for six courses, featuring all items from the sunset menu. Wine pairing costs an additional $398++ per person. The package includes access to a countdown party at the alfresco Terrace Lounge with a live DJ and Marina Bay fireworks views.
