The Bukit Timah neighbourhood casual steakhouse presents a one-night Valentine’s menu on 14 February 2026. The meal starts with tuna tartare tostada, followed by amber tomato gelée made through 24-hour extraction. The entrée is corn-fed French chicken with morel cream.
Mains include Mayura Station wagyu tri tip ($18 supplement) or Primrose Butcher’s pork steak. Both come with celeriac purée and heritage carrots. Dessert is spiced wine pear pavlova.
Price starts from $98 per person (for two diners minimum). Dinner only.

The Marina Bay Financial Centre bistro runs its Valentine’s menu across 13 and 14 February 2026. After artisanal sourdough, the appetiser is mille-feuille of lobster remoulade with salmon caviar and yuzu gel.
Mains are roasted Chilean sea bass with romesco salsa or Kidman F1 wagyu fillet tenderloin ($10 supplement) with pomme purée. The meal ends with cheesecake mousse.

Racines restaurant at Sofitel Singapore City Centre presents Love at First Bite from 13 to 14 February 2026. The four-course menu features shared starter and dessert courses. The meal begins with a seafood sharing platter of Boston lobster, European oysters, and tiger prawns.
A smoky crustacean soup with lump crabmeat and Hokkaido scallops is poured tableside. Mains are stuffed French chicken with porcini mushrooms or slow-cooked Angus beef short ribs. Both come with pomme purée. Dessert is Lovey Dovey baked Alaska, flambéed tableside with rum.
The Valentine’s Day Set Dinner is available on 13 & 14 February 2026, at $98 per person (for two diners minimum). A wine flight is available at $48 per person.

For couples seeking flexibility, Greenwood Fish Market (GFM) offers A la carte dining without set menus on Valentine’s Day. GFM has two locations with different atmospheres.

The Sentosa Cove outlet sits along the marina with waterfront alfresco seating. Menu highlights include cold seafood platter ($119.95), Chef Loong’s lobster white bee hoon ($49.95), and sashimi platters from $49.95. Oyster bar offers house oysters at $2.50 with no minimum spend.

The Telok Ayer steakhouse offers two Valentine’s menus. On 14 February 2026, a five-course menu features grilled Kujukushima oyster, cremini and foie gras tortellini, and a choice between cured monkfish or dry-aged wagyu picanha with beef cheek daube. Dessert is a sharing chamomile vanilla flan.
From 10 to 13 and 15 February, a four-course menu mirrors the Valentine’s experience minus the entrée course.
The five-course menu costs $128 per person. The four-course menu costs $98 per person. Both require a minimum of two diners and are available for dinner only.

Mains are Black Onyx filet mignon or Kagoshima wagyu striploin ($28 supplement). Both come with creamed spinach and mac and cheese. Each couple receives a stalk of rose.

Bedrock Bar & Grill at Orchard presents a four-course Valentine’s menu on 13 and 14 February. The meal starts with red shrimp carpaccio from Sicily with yuzu vinaigrette and Avruga caviar. Dingley Dell pork ribeye from heritage Suffolk Red pigs follows, brined overnight and grilled over applewood.
The sharing main combines Ruby Australian wagyu striploin and lobster thermidor baked in béchamel with mozzarella. Sides include Bedrock mac and cheese and grilled broccolini. Dessert is wild berries tart with Valrhona white chocolate cream.

Choose between pan-seared halibut with chorizo and caper butter sauce or beef fat dry-aged striploin with porcini mushroom jus. Sides are mac and cheese and char-grilled spring vegetables. The meal ends with opera cake layered with coffee buttercream and Valrhona dark chocolate ganache.

Kombu and sake-cured scallops start the meal. The pasta uses spent grain casarecce from the brewing process with French winter truffle and burrata. Mains are Irish duck breast with black garlic or stout-glazed Westholme wagyu short rib. Dessert choices include Valrhona chocolate spent grain tart or toasted marshmallow meringue.

Town Restaurant at The Fullerton Hotel Singapore runs Around the World, With Love buffet from 12 to 15 February. The spread features cured salmon mosaic, laksa with bamboo lobster, and beef Wellington. $108 per adult, includes prosecco.

La Brasserie at The Fullerton Bay Hotel serves Postcards from the Mediterranean four-course menu from 12 to 15 February. Grilled octopus with champagne espuma is among the dishes. $178 per person. Wine pairing adds $68 per person.
Lantern at The Fullerton Bay Hotel presents Romance Under the Stars on 13 and 14 February. The sharing platter includes Boston lobster and herb-smoked wagyu striploin. $280 per couple with champagne.
Mandai Rainforest Resort by Banyan Tree – Retreat Package

Forage restaurant offers Valentine’s menus from 13 to 15 February. Choose between four-course lunch at $88 or eight-course dinner at $238. Menu highlights include Borscht Reimagined with in-house grown chestnut mushrooms and salt-baked beetroot espuma. Tajima beef striploin comes with pomme grenaille and jus infused with wildlife-friendly coffee beans from Java. Dessert is Apple of my Eye, poached with Pinot Noir and house-grown vanilla.
Dinner Under The Stars runs nightly at the rooftop with five tables maximum. The five-course menu includes welcome rose champagne, Fossa chocolate, and Polaroid keepsake. $298 per adult. Mini flower bouquet available as add-on.
