Singapore’s 61st birthday is bringing great food and beverage deals to Orchard Road this year. ION Orchard has lined up a stretch of National Day dining promotions running through August, spanning fine dining, kopitiam favourites, Korean street food and more. 1-ATICO: “Singapore, Served Again”

Up on levels 55 and 56, 1-ATICO is marking the occasion with a series of tie-ins under the theme “Singapore, Served Again.” The Atico Lounge is running a National Day high tea from 1 to 31 August, built around modern takes on familiar local flavours. Pair that with the Let’s Go Local Martini Flight, also on through the month, offering two martinis for $22++.

For a sit-down affair, FIRE is hosting a National Day communal dinner on 9 August, from 6pm to 10pm, priced at $158++ per person for non-window seats and S$188++ for window seats. The same evening, FLNT is presenting a premium dinner tasting menu at $148++ per person, with an Asam Pedas Salmon Ceviche among the dishes on the table.

JUMBO Seafood: High Tea and a Chilli Crab Deal

JUMBO Seafood is offering an afternoon high tea featuring dim sum, seafood dishes, and baked desserts. Diners can also take advantage of a running promotion — one diner eats free for every three paying guests — valid from now until 30 September.

Separately, JUMBO Rewards members and eligible Citibank or OCBC cardholders can get the Chilli Crab Meat Sauce on Garlic Fried Rice for $24, down from $38.

POCHA! Korean Street Dining: SG61 Menu

POCHA! has put together a limited-edition SG61 menu featuring local-Korean fusion, including a Nasi Lemak Bibimbap at $13.90, Salted Egg Yolk Krispy Chicken Chunks at $6.10, and a Milo Slushie at $3.90.

Shihlin Taiwan Street Snacks: A Chilli Crab Collaboration

Shihlin has teamed up with Yang Ming Seafood on a National Day collaboration menu, running until 27 August. The line-up includes Sio Chilli Crab Chicky Pop and Buttermilk Chicky Pop, each priced at $6.90. Shoppers who spend a minimum of $6.10 can also pick up a complimentary National Day tattoo sticker, while stocks last.

Ya Kun Kaya Toast: Nostalgic Local Flavours

Ya Kun is running its own limited-time National Day menu until 31 August, featuring Iced Bandung with Gula Melaka at $3.60, Durian Kaya Pandan Toast at $5.60, and a Strawberry Mochi Swiss Roll at $3.80.
