W Singapore – Sentosa Cove has launched two new culinary offerings. They provide fresh reasons to visit Sentosa with SKIRT’s Saturday brunch and WOOBAR’s refreshed à la carte dinner menu.
SKIRT
SKIRT introduced a new Saturday brunch focusing on wood-fired flavours and open-fire grilling. The dining experience features an extensive buffet spread complemented by floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the marina.
A roaming live-carving trolley serves Smoked Jeju Island Pork Belly, Wood-Fired Sanchoku Wagyu Picanha, and Signature Dry-Aged Duck directly to tables. The cold bar offers Irish Oysters with poached apple and smoked cream. There will also be Kingfish Ceviche with guacamole and burnt buttermilk, and Beef Tartare. Guests can also order items prepared à la minute. Items like Ricotta Ravioli with smoked sea urchin sauce and Grilled Tiger Prawn with lobster bisque are available. Diners can conclude the meal with a choice of Wood-Fired Maitake Mushrooms, Pecan Pie, or a Guanaja chocolate tart.
SKIRT’s Saturday brunch operates every Saturday from 12 pm to 3 pm. Prices start from $98 per person with non-alcoholic beverages, $128 with wines and beers, or $188 with R de Ruinart Brut, wines, and beers. Additionally, brunch guests receive WET DECK pool access from 3 pm to 7 pm, though a minimum spend applies to cabanas, day beds, and day sofas.
WOOBAR
WOOBAR introduced a refreshed à la carte dinner menu, placing sharing at the centre of the evening. The menu incorporates Japanese and Korean influences across various raw dishes and small plates.
Key highlights include the Satsuma A4 Wagyu Katsu Sando ($68) Pork Belly Bossam ($36), and Spicy Salmon Tartare ($26). Additionally, the grill selection features Chicken and Leek Yakitori Skewers at $12 for two and Popcorn Shrimp Taco at $13. Patrons can enjoy the Black Sesame Parfait($20) to round off the meal. Complementing these dishes is the Ban Zu cocktail menu.
WOOBAR’s dinner menu is available daily from 6pm to 10.30pm.
