Lunch at Katachi Style Sushi at Capitol (City Hall)

Katachi Style Sushi at the retail part of the Capitol Kempinski Hotel is a good-looking Japanese restaurant. With a convenient underground connection to the City Hall MRT station, we were able to get there for lunch without getting wet by the heavy rain.

We were inspired to eat Ya Hua Bak Kut Teh after watching the Gwee sisters relate their story on the Netflix show “Wanton Mee”. We headed to the Raffles City outlet for Ya Hua BKT, a business described as “a tasty example of girl power” in the show.
