Roosevelt’s Diner & Bar serves American diner-style burgers and sandwiches, all-day breakfasts, as well as selective gourmet mains with fine selection of wines, beers and cocktails.
Tucked away in a quiet corner of Tanjong Pagar, at the Dorsett Residences just behind one of the entrances to Outram Park MRT, the diner offers hearty all-day dining in a casual environment.
The decor is pretty cool; evoking memories of cafes you will find in New York City. We like the vintage orange Vespa and the Engine table – a glass table with a racecar engine forming its base.
We had the Teddy’s Big Breakfast, Eggs Benedict, Buttermilk Waffles and Vanilla Granola with Greek Yogurt. We finished off with a slice of the butter rum pound cake. The portions were generous. The eggs were well poached and the granola with yogurt was yummy.
The coffee was decent and the cappuccino was better than expected.
