Vivino Wine Shop & Grand Cru Wine Concierge Singapore Raffles City

Vivino Wine Shop and Grand Cru Wine Concierge are new stores at Raffles City Singapore that will bring a smile to the faces of wine aficionados in the Lion City. Occupying a prime location on the ground floor of the shopping mall with direct City Hall MRT access, they look like stylish places to purchase and taste different types of wines from around the world.

Vivino Wine Shop Singapore Raffles City

Vivino Wine Shop is the first retail store and also the global flagship store of the popular wine rating app Vivino. It is an app that allows users to scan the label of a wine bottle to get access to reviews on the wine. The store is accessible from within the mall as well as directly from the street. Its external entrance is along the driveway facing St Andrews’ Cathedral.

We were impressed with the layout of the new wine shop at Raffles City. It is modern and looks welcoming to wine experts and beginners alike. The curved section with low wine racks allows easy visual and physical access to the wine bottles.

Vivino Wine Shop also has a small wine bar. Wines by the glass can be sampled here and a limited food menu is available. Below are pictures of the wine prices and Vivino wine bar food menu at the time of our visit. A link to the online menu is provided at the end of this post. The wine pairing suggestions with bottles costing $40 to $75 a bottle look interesting. We did not eat or drink anything on this walk through, but will certainly put this on our to-do list.

Grand Cru, Wine Concierge

Next door to Vivino Wine Shop Singapore is the Grand Cru, Wine Concierge. According to the website, they bring “…top labels from Bordeaux to Burgundy and on to the New World to wine lovers and connoisseurs.” Experienced sommeliers and wine specialists are on hand to make selecting wines easier and more enjoyable.
