News: Sunrise at AIR CCCC x Le Matin – a new breakfast experience

AIR CCCC is introducing a new era of morning rituals with the launch of SUNRISE, a delightful breakfast experience in collaboration with Le Matin. Available from Friday to Sunday from 8 am until sold out, SUNRISE at AIR CCCC x Le Matin presents an enticing array of freshly baked goods, perfect for a leisurely start to the day.

AIR CCCC x Le Matin Sunrise Menu

The Sunrise Menu has a tempting selection of sweet and savoury delights. The Garden Herbs and Charcoal Chicken Sausage Roll, a charcoal-grilled flaky puff pastry filled with homemade chicken sausage, mango chimichurri, and fresh herbs from AIR’s own garden, is one of the items to try. For a sweeter indulgence, the Banana Bread combines sourdough with Indonesian cashew nuts, dark chocolate chips, vanilla crumble, and banana skin caramel, offering a decadent treat.

Lighter options are also available, such as the Seasonal Yogurt Cup featuring locally made yogurt from Annie’s, layered with mango compote, and topped with crunchy homemade granola and pandan honey. The classic Pain Au Chocolat, a sourdough-based chocolate croissant made from cocoa husk and cascara, is generously stuffed with premium Indonesian-made chocolate batons.

Other Highlights

Other highlights include the Gula Apong Kouign Aman, a flaky pastry layered with Gula Apong sugar from Sarawak, and the Kenari Nut Twice-Baked Croissant, filled with rich Kenari nut cream and topped with Kenari nut flakes. The Mushroom XO and Cheese Toastie, a vegetarian-friendly option, offers a savoury bite with mozzarella, gruyere, caramelised onions, and fermented mushroom duxelle encased in homemade brioche.

The Tropical Fruits and Cashew Frangipane Tart is another exciting addition to the SUNRISE menu. This tart features a shortcrust pastry filled with caramelised pineapple jam, cashew frangipane, and semi-dried papayas and mangoes, topped with lightly smoked vanilla chantilly. A slice is priced at $8, while a whole 9-inch tart is available for $78.

For a simple and satisfying start, the Coffee + Sourdough Croissant Set at $8.80 will be a popular choice.

SUNRISE at AIR CCCC x Le Matin offers a fully pet-friendly dining experience in the peaceful surroundings of AIR’s Lawn, allowing guests to enjoy breakfast with their furry companions.

Whether dining in or opting for the convenience of takeaway, SUNRISE caters to all preferences. Takeaway boxes are available, making it easy for guests to bring the SUNRISE experience home or to the office.

Indulge in Dessert All Day Long

AIR’s main menu has also been refreshed with indulgent dessert options, making every meal a complete experience. Highlights of the new dessert menu include Cocoa Husk & Brown Butter Ice Cream, the zesty Kaffir Lime Gelato, and the Vanilla & Coconut Ice Cream, combining tropical flavours for a creamy, satisfying treat. The Bread Pudding—a classic dessert reimagined—features comforting textures and decadent flavours.

Chinese New Year Treats

To celebrate the Lunar New Year, at AIR CCCC x Le Matin presents the Pineapple and Persimmon Galette des Rois, a 6-inch SUNRISE King’s Cake priced at $28 and available exclusively until 26 January 2025. This indulgent pastry features flaky puff pastry filled with caramelised pineapple jam, Kenari frangipane, and roasted persimmons. Pre-orders are open throughout January, ensuring guests can enjoy these seasonal delights in time for the festivities. The Tropical Fruits and Cashew Frangipane Tart also makes for a thoughtful festive gift or a special treat to share with loved ones.
